Operations Manager

Windsor, CA · Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 7–10 years in operations or supply chain management, including team supervision and cross-border coordination

Maniar & Company LLC is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, supply chain, and logistics for our municipal and industrial equipment business. You'll supervise operational teams, coordinate across our U.S. and international operations, and help build out our processes as we scale.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, per industry standards.

Sales & Marketing Manager

Windsor, CA · Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field

Experience: 5–7 years in B2B or industrial sales and marketing, preferably in capital equipment or infrastructure sectors

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive B2B sales and marketing strategy for our line of municipal and industrial equipment. You'll build relationships with municipal, industrial, and infrastructure clients, lead marketing initiatives, and help grow our presence in the capital equipment sector.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience, per industry standards.

Accountant (Part-Time)

Windsor, CA · Part-Time

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field

We're looking for a part-time Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting for our U.S. operations.

  • Maintain accurate accounting records for U.S. branch operations, including import invoices, vendor payments, and operational expenses
  • Review and reconcile monthly accounts, vendor payments, and client invoices
  • Monitor cross-border financial flows, including currency conversions and international payments
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support planning
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws, import regulations, and corporate governance standards; support internal and external audits
  • Manage payroll and administrative expense tracking for U.S.-based staff
  • Maintain vendor, partner, and client billing records for audit readiness

Sales Associate

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

We're looking for a Sales Associate to support our Sales & Marketing Manager with client communication, proposals, and day-to-day sales operations.

  • Assist with proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Handle client inquiries professionally, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, open deals, and service requests
  • Support trade shows, campaigns, and client events, including logistics and follow-up
  • Track leads and sales activity in the CRM and prepare regular pipeline reports
  • Conduct market research to help identify potential customers and industry trends
  • Coordinate with our India team on technical specifications, pricing, and shipment timelines

Logistic & Import Coordinator

Windsor, CA · Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience: 3–5 years in international logistics, import–export coordination, and documentation with freight forwarders/customs brokers

We're looking for a Logistic & Import Coordinator to manage the import and delivery of machinery and spare parts from our India facility to U.S. clients.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of machinery imports, from shipment scheduling in India to final delivery in the U.S.
  • Review shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs forms) for accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping partners to arrange reliable, cost-efficient transport
  • Oversee customs compliance and documentation, working with customs brokers on timely clearance
  • Track incoming machinery and spare parts, providing accurate delivery timelines to sales and technical teams
  • Prepare regular status reports on shipments, customs clearances, and vendor performance
  • Stay current on U.S. import regulations, safety certifications, and compliance requirements

Marketing Executive

Windsor, CA · Full-Time

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to support U.S. market development, sales campaigns, and digital marketing content for our line of municipal and industrial equipment.

  • Build relationships with U.S. clients in construction, water management, and recycling sectors
  • Support sales campaigns and manage the lead pipeline from trade shows, digital channels, and referrals
  • Develop digital marketing content, including product datasheets, case studies, and campaign materials
  • Track and report on online leads, engagement, and campaign performance
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and strategy
  • Support trade shows, exhibitions, and client demonstrations
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales/marketing reports
