Gone are the days of manual waste disposal. With our cart tipper (also called a bin lifter), waste materials are effortlessly transferred from carts and bins into the truck hopper using hydraulic power. Each household or street corner is equipped with bins ranging from 200 to 500 litres in capacity, ready to be emptied into the hopper. Once collected, the hopper discharges the waste into nearby containers or refuse compactors.

The body and lifting arm can be manufactured in mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, in SS-304 stainless steel, or in Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel for the most abrasive loads. Hydraulic power for the lifting arm can be drawn from the vehicle's own PTO, or from a self-contained battery power pack that lets the unit operate independent of the engine.
Our hydraulic system uses top-quality cylinders, hoses, control valves, and fittings, with a filter system for the hydraulic oil to keep maintenance simple. Every hydraulic cylinder is fitted with a check valve to prevent accidents in the event of a hose failure.
Our cart tipper is versatile, easily mountable on vehicles from mini trucks to heavy-duty chassis, with different hopper and bin capacities to suit your route. Across the Cart Tipper, Dump Truck, High-Dump Truck, and Skip Loader range, body and bin capacities span from as small as 1 cubic meter up to 18 cubic meters, so you can match the unit to the job — from routine municipal garbage collection to construction and demolition debris hauling. For larger-capacity configurations, the same front-mounted cylinder design and 180-degree rotating body available across our dump truck range can also be specified.
