HOOK LOADER

Our hook loader is lifting equipment for movable waste containers. Containers can be placed at different locations around a town for garbage collection; once filled, the hook loader picks each one up and hauls it to the landfill site for disposal. The functional design of our Hook Loader and Skip Loader provides easy service and low maintenance, for high value retention and the best operating cost under safe conditions. A worldwide service network, including spare parts supply, ensures fast and reliable support.

Construction & Hydraulic Options

The frame can be manufactured in mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, in SS-304 stainless steel, or in Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel. Hydraulic power can be drawn from the vehicle's own PTO or from a self-contained battery power pack, letting the unit operate independent of the engine.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a hook loader different from a skip loader?

Both lift and transport movable containers, sharing the same low-maintenance functional design — a hook loader uses a hook-and-cable/arm mechanism to pull a container onto the chassis, while a skip loader uses hydraulic arms with a parallel linkage system to grip and tip the container directly.

What frame materials are available?

Mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, SS-304 stainless steel, or Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel.

Does it need the vehicle's engine running to operate?

Not necessarily — hydraulic power can come from the vehicle's PTO, or from a self-contained battery power pack.

Is spare parts support available worldwide?

Yes — a worldwide service network, including spare parts supply, ensures fast and reliable support.
