Our high-dump truck (also called a high rise tipper) is a small hydraulic tipper built for door-to-door garbage collection. Unlike a standard dump truck, which can only dump its load on the ground, its hinge point is mounted higher on the chassis — raising the body high enough to dump directly into another container, a transfer trailer, or a compactor hopper. That means one truck can empty its load into a second vehicle or container without a separate transfer step.
Designed to fit onto 3-wheeler/4-wheeler vehicles, it also maneuvers narrow lanes, by-lanes, and small streets with ease, and can still ground-dump at transfer stations or landfill sites when needed. Operated hydraulically by the driver/operator from the cabin controls, it keeps the operator unexposed to direct contact with waste. Ideal for municipalities, counties, public works departments, and large corporate entities managing their own collection routes.

The body can be manufactured in mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, in SS-304 stainless steel, or in Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel. Hydraulic power can be drawn from the vehicle's own PTO — driving a scissor-mechanism hoist — or from a self-contained battery power pack that lets the body tip independent of the engine.
On larger-capacity bodies, a front-mounted hydraulic cylinder is used in place of an underbody ram, giving more lifting force at a higher tipping angle while keeping load stress off the chassis frame — important given the elevated hinge point already raises the body's center of effort. A 180-degree rotating body is also available as an option, letting the load be dumped to either the left or right side of the vehicle rather than straight back.
