DUMP TRUCK

Our dump truck (tipper) is an open/close body container mounted on a vehicle chassis, using hydraulic power to collect waste from multiple sites and dump it at a designated landfill. From 3-wheelers to 25-ton chassis, dump trucks come in various capacities to suit your route. In congested urban areas where a full-size compactor struggles to navigate narrow lanes, a dump truck's compact design and maneuverability make collection hassle-free.

Construction & Hydraulic Options

The body can be manufactured in mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, in SS-304 stainless steel, or in Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel for abrasive loads like construction debris and aggregate. Hydraulic power can be drawn from the vehicle's own PTO — driving a scissor-mechanism hoist — or from a self-contained battery power pack that lets the body tip independent of the engine.

On larger-capacity bodies, a front-mounted hydraulic cylinder is used in place of an underbody ram. This gives more lifting force at a higher tipping angle while keeping the load stress off the chassis frame, which matters as capacity increases. A 180-degree rotating body is also available as an option, letting the load be dumped to either the left or right side of the vehicle rather than straight back — useful on tight sites where reversing into a standard dump position isn't practical.

We use only high-quality hydraulic components — cylinders, hoses, control valves, and fittings — with a filtration system to maintain the integrity of the hydraulic oil.

Capacity & Applications

Across the Cart Tipper, Dump Truck, High-Dump Truck, and Skip Loader range, body capacities span from as small as 1 cubic meter up to 18 cubic meters, so you can match the unit to the job — from routine municipal garbage collection in congested urban lanes to construction and demolition debris hauling on larger chassis.

Key Features

  • Open/close body mounted on chassis from 3-wheelers to 25-ton trucks
  • Body available in IS 2062/ASTM A36 mild steel, SS-304 stainless steel, or Hardox wear-resistant steel
  • PTO-driven scissor-mechanism hoist or self-contained battery-powered hydraulics
  • Front-mounted cylinder on larger-capacity bodies for greater lifting force and a higher tipping angle
  • Optional 180-degree rotating body to dump to either side of the vehicle
  • Compact and maneuverable in narrow lanes where a full-size compactor can't operate

Frequently Asked Questions

What chassis sizes does the dump truck fit?

From 3-wheelers up to 25-ton trucks, with body capacity sized to match.

What's the benefit of a front-mounted cylinder?

On larger-capacity bodies, a front-mounted cylinder gives more lifting force at a higher tipping angle than an underbody ram, while keeping load stress off the chassis frame.

Can it dump to the side instead of straight back?

Yes — an optional 180-degree rotating body lets the load be discharged to either the left or right side of the vehicle, useful on tight sites.

What body materials are available?

Mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, SS-304 stainless steel, or Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel for abrasive loads.
