SKIP LOADER

Our skip loader (also called a container carrier, roll-off truck, or hook lift truck) collects garbage and refuse into skip containers placed at collection points around a site or town. Once loaded, hydraulic arms with a parallel linkage system grip and transport the container to the dumping site, where it's tipped to discharge its contents — streamlining collection for debris, garbage, refuse, and discarded building materials.

Construction & Hydraulic Options

The frame and container can be manufactured in mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, in SS-304 stainless steel, or in Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel for construction and demolition debris. Hydraulic power for the lifting arms can be drawn from the vehicle's own PTO or from a self-contained battery power pack, letting the unit operate independent of the engine. Larger-capacity configurations can also draw on the same front-mounted cylinder design and 180-degree rotating body used across our dump truck range.

Capacity & Applications

Skip Loader configurations range from a 1.0 cum container mounted on a 2-3 Ton GVW vehicle up to our largest 6 cum model — sitting within the overall Cart Tipper, Dump Truck, High-Dump Truck, and Skip Loader range, which spans as small as 1 cubic meter up to 18 cubic meters. That range covers everything from light municipal garbage and refuse collection up to construction and demolition debris hauling.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the capacity range for the skip loader?

From a 1.0 cum container on a 2-3 Ton GVW vehicle up to our largest 6 cum model.

What materials are available for the frame and container?

Mild steel to IS 2062 or the ASTM A36 equivalent, SS-304 stainless steel, or Hardox high-strength wear-resistant steel.

Does it need the vehicle's engine running to operate?

Not necessarily — hydraulic power can come from the vehicle's PTO, or from a self-contained battery power pack.

What materials can a skip loader handle?

Debris, garbage, refuse, and discarded building materials, using hydraulic arms with a parallel linkage system to grip, transport, and tip the container at the dumping site.
