The CM-8000 is Maniar's highest-capacity combination sewer cleaner, an 8,000-liter unit mounted on a 16-ton GVW chassis, combining high-pressure jetting with vacuum suction in one unit — a 4,000-liter fresh water tank for jetting and a 4,000-liter sludge tank for suction, so one machine and crew can jet a line and vacuum out what it dislodges in the same pass.

Jetting side: the CM-8000's 260 LPM / 150 bar triplex plunger pump, driven by a full-torque split-shaft PTO, forces water through a 25mm x 60m hose and a self-propelled nozzle that pulls itself forward through the line, breaking up blockages and flushing debris out ahead of it.
Suction side: a 540 cum/hr vacuum pump — the highest flow in the CM-series — generates high vacuum in the sludge tank to siphon effluent, liquids, and settled sludge out of sewer lines, septic tanks, lift stations, and catch basins through a 4" x 15m hose. A sludge stirring arrangement uses high-velocity air to convert solid silt into a liquid or semi-liquid slurry the pump can draw up, and a blow-back system can then discharge just the water content of the tank under pressure, so the truck carries away the sludge without hauling unwanted water weight.

The suction hose is sized to match the vacuum pump's flow, so the hose itself doesn't choke the pump. The CM-8000's 540 cum/hr vacuum pump — the highest flow in the CM-series — pairs with a wider 4" (100mm) suction hose, compared to the 3" (75mm) hose used on the smaller CM-4000 and CM-6000 at 390 cum/hr.

The standard configuration is hydraulic tilting combined with hydraulic door opening. Hydraulic door locking, a derrick arm, or a hydraulically operated suction hose reel can also be specified.
