The MSM-3200 is a mechanical conveyor-type road sweeper on a minimum 11-tonne GVW chassis, built to sweep uneven road surfaces and wet conditions that a vacuum sweeper isn't suited for, with a high-rise scissor-lift hopper that dumps debris directly into a tipper.

Two hydraulically driven side brooms (915mm min dia), mounted free-floating with sideways oscillation and in-cab adjustable digging pressure, sweep debris in from the road edge and into the path of the main broom. The main broom — 890mm dia x 1470mm, hydraulically rotated and hydraulically raised and lowered — lifts that debris directly onto a squeegee-type conveyor fitted with 7 rubber flights on a steel chain and urethane sprocket, running at a variable, hydraulically adjusted speed. The conveyor carries the debris up into a 3.2 cum hopper. Because pickup and transport are entirely mechanical, there's no filter-bag dust control system to load, clean, or replace — the tradeoff that lets this machine keep working in wet conditions and on uneven surfaces where a vacuum sweeper's filtration would struggle. When the hopper is full, a single hydraulic cylinder drives a scissor mechanism that lifts it to a 45-50 degree dump angle at a minimum height of 2900mm, high enough to dump straight into a tipper truck bed. A dedicated 65HP inline-4 auxiliary engine powers the hydraulic system independent of the vehicle's own drivetrain, and an onboard water system sprays each broom to help keep dust down while sweeping.
The MSM-3200 requires a minimum 11-tonne GVW vehicle chassis. Sweeping width is 1470mm on the main broom alone, extending to 2800mm with the side broom engaged. The hopper carries 3.2 cubic meters and is rated to lift 3000kg, discharging at a 45-50 degree dump angle and a minimum 2900mm dump height. The auxiliary engine is a 65HP inline-4 diesel, with a minimum 180-liter hydraulic oil tank. The onboard water system for dust suppression is available with either a 750-liter or a 900-liter tank, depending on configuration.

No — it's a mechanical conveyor-type sweeper, so pickup and transport are entirely mechanical, with no filter-bag dust control system in the loop.
It's available with either a 750-liter or a 900-liter tank, depending on configuration, feeding 3 spray nozzles per broom for dust suppression.
