One main broom and two side brooms (600mm dia) — all hydraulically rotated and hydraulically raised and lowered — sweep gravel, leaves, litter, and sand into the path of the suction hose. A high-efficiency, dynamically balanced blower draws that debris into a hydraulically operated hopper (6 cum, 3mm thk MS). Powering the blower and hydraulic system on the VSM-600 requires its own auxiliary diesel engine — unlike the smaller models in the range, this one has no PTO-driven alternative. Dust pulled in with the debris passes through 15 pleated filters (64 sq m min filtration area) with an automatic pulse-jet cleaning cycle before the air is released. A 1000-liter plastic water tank feeds a high-pressure water pump to brass/SS spray nozzles on the side brushes, damping dust at the point of pickup. All controls, including broom up/down and rotation, hopper up/down, and engine/PTO on-off, are provided in the driver's cabin.

Mounted on a heavy-duty truck chassis, the VSM-600 is Maniar's largest vacuum sweeper, built for the highest-volume municipal routes and the widest single-pass sweeping width in the range at 2800mm with the side broom engaged. Its 1000-liter water tank — five times the VSM-140's smaller siblings' 200-liter tanks — supports longer runs on dustier roads without needing to refill. Unlike the 1.4, 3, and 5 cum models, the VSM-600 requires its own auxiliary diesel engine to run the blower and hydraulics, with no PTO-driven alternative offered on this model.
