The TM-JSD7000 is Maniar's highest-capacity JSD-configuration multi-function sewer cleaner, a 7,000-liter unit mounted on a 16-ton chassis, combining high-pressure jetting, vacuum suction, and grab-bucket desilting in a single unit — cutting down on the number of separate machines a crew needs to keep on hand.

Jetting: a 267 LPM / 150 bar triplex plunger pump, driven by a full-torque split-shaft PTO, forces water through a 1" x 60m hose and a self-propelled nozzle that pulls itself forward through the line, breaking up blockages and flushing debris out ahead of it.
Suction: a 390 cum/hr vacuum pump generates high vacuum in the sludge tank to siphon effluent, liquids, and settled sludge through a 3" x 15m hose. A sludge stirring arrangement converts solid silt into a slurry the pump can draw up, and a blow-back system discharges just the water content of the tank so the load carries away the sludge without hauling unwanted water weight.
Desilting: a hydraulically extendable boom carries a four-bar linkage grab bucket that reaches into manholes and chambers to lift silt and debris, emptying it directly into a 1.0 cum hopper.
Every 3-in-1 multi-function sewer cleaner ships standard with two nozzle types:
Additional nozzle types can be supplied to match specific jetting jobs, including:

High-pressure jetting, vacuum suction, and grab-bucket desilting, all on one 16-ton chassis — the largest capacity in the JSD range.
From about 750/1000mm up to 1500mm (30-60 inches) in diameter, using its 267 LPM / 150 bar jetting pump.
Up to 20 kg per lift, emptying into a 1.0 cum hopper, with a reach of up to 32 feet.
