Multi-Function Sewer CleanerTM-JSD7000 (Jetting, Suction & Desilting)

The TM-JSD7000 is Maniar's highest-capacity JSD-configuration multi-function sewer cleaner, a 7,000-liter unit mounted on a 16-ton chassis, combining high-pressure jetting, vacuum suction, and grab-bucket desilting in a single unit — cutting down on the number of separate machines a crew needs to keep on hand.

How It Works

Jetting: a 267 LPM / 150 bar triplex plunger pump, driven by a full-torque split-shaft PTO, forces water through a 1" x 60m hose and a self-propelled nozzle that pulls itself forward through the line, breaking up blockages and flushing debris out ahead of it.

Suction: a 390 cum/hr vacuum pump generates high vacuum in the sludge tank to siphon effluent, liquids, and settled sludge through a 3" x 15m hose. A sludge stirring arrangement converts solid silt into a slurry the pump can draw up, and a blow-back system discharges just the water content of the tank so the load carries away the sludge without hauling unwanted water weight.

Desilting: a hydraulically extendable boom carries a four-bar linkage grab bucket that reaches into manholes and chambers to lift silt and debris, emptying it directly into a 1.0 cum hopper.

Key Features

  • 3,500-liter fresh water tank and 3,500-liter sludge tank
  • 267 LPM / 150 bar triplex plunger jetting pump with a hydraulically wound 1" x 60m hose
  • 390 cum/hr vacuum pump (92% max vacuum) with a 3" x 15m suction hose
  • Hydraulically extendable grab bucket boom (600mm min. extension) with a 1.0 cum hopper
  • Grab bucket rated to 20 kg safe lift, swinging 90° both sides with a 45° boom lifting angle
  • Sludge stirring and blow-back system to convert silt to slurry and discharge only the water content
  • Lateral cleaning system with a hand-held washing gun for equipment, vehicle, and general high-pressure washing

Nozzles

Every 3-in-1 multi-function sewer cleaner ships standard with two nozzle types:

  • Conical Head Nozzle (front and rear holes) — a general-purpose nozzle that balances forward penetration with rear thrust to pull the hose through the line
  • Round Head Nozzle (front and rear holes) — a wider spray pattern for flushing loosened debris out of the line

Additional nozzle types can be supplied to match specific jetting jobs, including:

  • Penetrator Nozzle — forward and rear jets to punch through grease plugs and tough blockages before flushing
  • Root Cutter Nozzle — carries small cutting blades driven by the water jets to shred root intrusions
  • Flusher / Descaling Nozzle — flailing chains or carbide tips to scour hardened scale and mineral buildup from pipe walls
  • Rotating Nozzle — spins under pressure for 360° wall cleaning, effective on grease and light debris

Ideal For

  • Large trunk lines from about 750/1000mm up to 1500mm (30-60 inches) in diameter
  • Crews that need jetting, suction, and manhole desilting without carrying three separate machines
  • Major municipal infrastructure and large industrial sites needing the highest jetting and suction flow in the JSD range

Frequently Asked Questions

What three functions does the TM-JSD7000 combine?

High-pressure jetting, vacuum suction, and grab-bucket desilting, all on one 16-ton chassis — the largest capacity in the JSD range.

What size drain lines can it jet?

From about 750/1000mm up to 1500mm (30-60 inches) in diameter, using its 267 LPM / 150 bar jetting pump.

How much can the grab bucket lift?

Up to 20 kg per lift, emptying into a 1.0 cum hopper, with a reach of up to 32 feet.

What nozzles come with the TM-JSD7000?

Conical Head and Round Head nozzles, both with front and rear holes, are standard. Specialty nozzles such as root cutters and descaling nozzles can be supplied on request.
