Multi-Function Sewer CleanerTM-JSR7000 (Jetting, Suction & Rodding)

The TM-JSR7000 is Maniar's highest-capacity JSR-configuration multi-function sewer cleaner, mounted on a 16-ton chassis, combining high-pressure jetting, vacuum suction, and mechanical rodding in a single unit — cutting down on the number of separate machines a crew needs to keep on hand.

How It Works

Jetting: a 267 LPM / 150 bar triplex plunger pump, driven by a full-torque split-shaft PTO, forces water through a 1" x 60m hose and a self-propelled nozzle that pulls itself forward through the line, breaking up blockages and flushing debris out ahead of it.

Suction: a 540 cum/hr vacuum pump — the highest flow in the JSR range — generates high vacuum in the sludge tank to siphon effluent, liquids, and settled sludge through a 4" x 15m hose. A sludge stirring arrangement converts solid silt into a slurry the pump can draw up, and a blow-back system discharges just the water content of the tank so the load carries away the sludge without hauling unwanted water weight.

Rodding: a trolley-mounted rodding machine screws flexible steel rods end to end and guides them into the line, then pushes the rod forward and pulls it back to break up the clog mechanically — effective where jetting alone can't clear a hard obstruction.

Key Features

  • 3,000-liter fresh water tank and 4,000-liter sludge tank
  • 267 LPM / 150 bar triplex plunger jetting pump with a hydraulically wound 1" x 60m hose
  • 540 cum/hr vacuum pump (92% max vacuum) — the highest suction flow in the JSR range — with a 4" x 15m suction hose
  • Trolley-mounted rodding machine, available with diesel or electric drive (see below)
  • Sludge stirring and blow-back system to convert silt to slurry and discharge only the water content
  • Lateral cleaning system with a hand-held washing gun for equipment, vehicle, and general high-pressure washing

Rodding Machine

A trolley-mounted sewer rodding machine works alongside the jetting and suction systems to clear blockages mechanically. Several flexible 7mm x 1m steel rods are screwed end to end and guided into the line, then pushed forward and pulled back to break up the clog.

  • Available with a diesel engine (5Hp, air-cooled) or an AC electric motor drive, to suit sites with or without power access
  • 3-wheeled trolley with a rubber-lined MS rear wheel and PVC front wheel for easy manual positioning
  • Comes with 30 flexible cleaning rods (7mm dia x 1m length)
  • Different attachments are available to match the job — rod guide pipe, push/pull-out tool, pick-up tools (1.5" and 2" sizes), cork screws (25/40/50mm), and a bar turning handle

Nozzles

Every 3-in-1 multi-function sewer cleaner ships standard with two nozzle types:

  • Conical Head Nozzle (front and rear holes) — a general-purpose nozzle that balances forward penetration with rear thrust to pull the hose through the line
  • Round Head Nozzle (front and rear holes) — a wider spray pattern for flushing loosened debris out of the line

Additional nozzle types can be supplied to match specific jetting jobs, including penetrators, root cutters, descaling nozzles, and rotating nozzles.

Ideal For

  • Large trunk lines from about 750/1000mm up to 1500mm (30-60 inches) in diameter
  • Crews that need jetting, suction, and mechanical rodding without carrying three separate machines
  • Major municipal infrastructure and large industrial sites needing the highest jetting and suction flow in the JSR range

Frequently Asked Questions

What three functions does the TM-JSR7000 combine?

High-pressure jetting, vacuum suction, and mechanical rodding, all on one 16-ton chassis — the largest capacity in the JSR range.

Is the rodding machine diesel or electric?

Both options are available — a 5Hp air-cooled diesel engine or an AC electric motor, so you can choose based on power access at the job site.

What size drain lines can it jet?

From about 750/1000mm up to 1500mm (30-60 inches) in diameter, using its 267 LPM / 150 bar jetting pump.

What suction hose diameter does it use?

A 4" (100mm) hose, matched to its 540 cum/hr vacuum pump flow — the highest suction flow in the JSR range.
